The Hampton Roads Diversity & Inclusion Consortium (HRDIC) and the City of Norfolk wish to honor and recognize the contributions and efforts of our local civilians and/or active duty members who have enhanced Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) efforts in the Hampton Roads community. Honorees may be veterans, those who are currently serving, or active duty reservist in the Armed Forces. The purpose of this award is to recognize leaders who promote a positive understanding of the armed forces among minority and nonminority members of the military and the civilian population.
